Research reference
CJC-1295 without DAC, also referred to as modified GRF(1-29), is a GHRH(1-29) analogue carrying four amino-acid substitutions — D-Ala², Gln⁸, Ala¹⁵, Leu²⁷ — that confer resistance to dipeptidyl peptidase-4 and other plasma proteases. It lacks the albumin-binding drug-affinity-complex linker present in the DAC form and therefore has a substantially shorter plasma half-life, with a pharmacokinetic profile closer to native GHRH. Ipamorelin is a pentapeptide, Aib-His-D-2-Nal-D-Phe-Lys-NH₂, derived from the GHRP-1 structure, acting as an agonist at the growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHS-R1a). Research use only. Not for human consumption.
