Research reference
This preparation contains two independently characterized compounds. BPC-157 is a synthetic pentadecapeptide, sequence Gly-Glu-Pro-Pro-Pro-Gly-Lys-Pro-Ala-Asp-Asp-Ala-Gly-Leu-Val, molecular weight approximately 1419.55 Da, first described in 1993; it has not been approved for use by the FDA or other regulatory authorities. Thymosin beta-4 is a 43-amino-acid polypeptide and the principal G-actin sequestering peptide in mammalian tissue; TB-500 corresponds to its active region. Research use only.
